It’s been a long time!

As you can see, it’s been a long time since I’ve put up a post about anything!  As I mentioned in earlier posts, living with a Chronic Disease such as Crohn’s can really throw your life into crazy time.  I was barely able to play for several months since I was in and out of the hospital with multiple surgeries.  But, been feeling much better lately and have been playing and progressing on multiple toons in BfA.  I’m not sure if I really like the whole “Visions” concept for the cloak, it’s like we’re back in Legion doing the whole thing over again to get an epic piece of gear.  The grind is *yawn*ville.

Otherwise, I’ve been playing a lot on my Horde toon, trying to complete the storylines to get the achievements for the Alliance/Horde mounts.

I’ve been hoping to get an invite to the Shadowlands Beta, since it looks amazing.  Very curious to see how they implement the level squish/reset.

Since I have so much free time (not) I’ve also been trying to play WoW Classic, but it’s certainly been a challenge!

Till Next Time!

Jewelcrafting Profession and the Jeweled Onyx Panther Mount

I finally managed to complete the Jewelcrafting profession and get to 800. Took quite some time, but not too shabby for doing that while still on vacation and not really playing all that much!  And I even got the achievement!  Hoooray!

Yes, still on vacation and traveling all around … our next stop is the Kennedy Space Center!  I am definitely looking forward to playing more when I get home!

On another note, I also completed the Jeweled Onyx Panther mount.  It’s a ridiculous mount in which you need to first create the 4 (yellow, red, blue, and green) panther mounts and then merge the four to create the onyx.  It’s ridiculous because you basically need 2 of each if you collect mounts, one set to learn the four and then the second set to create Onyx mount.  Each mount requires an Orb of Mystery, which costs 20,000 gold, so you can see how this is one very expensive mount.

If you noticed, my fonts are different in each paragraph.  I’m trying out a plug-in in WordPress … TinyMCE.  Seems pretty cool so far  😆

Until next time!

I can finally fly in Legion and Time Limitations

After reputation grinding to hit Revered for Armies of Legionfall, I can finally fly.  It is amazing how the game changes when you can fly.  Instead of having to rely on the in-game taxi service, you can now fly to wherever you need.  Searching for missing treasure boxes and other special items have also become so much easier.

The ability to traverse around Azeroth without flying was still relatively easier now than in earlier patches , especially once they added the whistle for Taxi service.  Being able to get to a flight path easily, greatly improved game play.

With flying, it’s also much easier to do the dailies on the Broken Shore quest hub zone.  Being able to get directly to the quests makes the experience not only better, but reduces valuable play time to complete the dailies.

As someone who has multiple Alts, my time in Azeroth is limited and having to spend less time on a taxi is important to me.

I’m still fighting the fight for time…. having a family makes playing WoW very difficult, especially when you want to do a darn raid!.

See y’all around the Broken Shore!

Legendary Ring – Complete!

Finally, after way too many weeks, I finally got my legendary ring and completed the quests.  This quest chain was almost as bad as working towards the legendary cloak (which is sadly useless now!!).

Now that I’ve completed it on Amp, I don’t know what else I should be working on Amp … I think it’s time to maybe start working on my other toons for a bit.

I need more time in my day!

Achievements !!!

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve had a chance to post on here.  Life and work in general have just been busy, and I haven’t had as much time to play as I would like.

I have been spending a lot of time getting achievements that I have wanted for awhile.  These range from the new ones in Tanaan Jungle and Draenor Area, to old ones from Burning Crusade or later.

I was really happy that I got Tons of Toys, which was so nice, unfortunately, it just means that I need to get the next one …. The Toy Master !!! Finding another 50 toys is going to be quite a challenge.

I’ve gotten many others which you can check out on my Armory Page.  The one area where I am really suffering with is PVP Achievements.    I’m only at 36%, which is really kind of sad 🙁  I’ll just add it to my long list of things to do in WoW.

Making progress!

Today I made some progress!!  Slowly but surely I will be flying soon in Draenor!  Hopefully before the next patch comes out!

I got the following two achievements today:

The nice feature of the Master of Apexis is I get my first monument in my Garrison, so I’m quite happy about that!  The second, Master Treasure Hunter gets me one step closer to flying in Draenor..  I already have Explore Draenor and Loremaster of Draenor, which means all I need for the meta-achievements Draenor Pathfinder is Securing Draenor and Tanaan Diplomat.

I am three Apexis Dailies away from completing Securing Draenor.  However, I think I have quite awhile to get Tanaan Diplomat.  I’m almost Revered with Hand of the Prophet and Order of the Awakened, but I still have awhile to go for the Saberstalkers.

I’ve also been working on the Legendary quest, and I’m up to the part where I need to get the three tablets.  Since I still don’t have enough to make one tablet, I foresee working on this for just a bit longer.

As the title of this post said, Making progress! Slowly, but surely, making progress!
